DO I HAVE TO PAY AN UPFRONT FEE?  

NO

At AAA Mortgage Services, we only expect to be paid when we have been successful in obtaining a loan and it proceeds to settlement or draw down.

The only exception to this may be for a Pre Approval at short notice to attend an Auction. The Fee will be discussed at the outset if applicable. We understand customers do not like "Surprises".
